Payment

·         We accept Alipay, West Union, TT. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW.

·         Payment must be completed within 3 days of order.

Shipment

·          WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

·Russian buyerswill be required recipient's full name, otherwise the parcel will be return to us.

·         Order will be dispatched within 7 business days after payment is cleared.

·         We only ship to confirmed order address. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

·         The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.

·         We are not responsible for any custom duty, import tax and handing charges on destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

·         SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

·For Russia and Brazil, it will take 6-8 weeks due to strict customs.

·         If you do not receive your item after 30 days, please contact us. We will help to solve the delivery problem as fast as possible.

·         Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

·         Item will be sent out by normal AIR MAIL via China Posts, usually it takes 12-30 business days to most of the countries. Item will be mailed with tracking number and you can check the shipping status in the website: www.17track.net/index_en.shtml If you need to ship via other method, please advise us and pay for extra shipping charge.

Return/Refund

·         All items are being inspected for quality checking prior to shipment.

·         If you have received defective items, please return within 7 days from the date you received the items. Please contact us before you return.

·         Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will offer refund of the item price after we receive the defective item.

·         All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
