The TUHOPETA Microwavable Heating Pad is designed for easy heating in the microwave, providing instant relief from neck pain and cramps.

Cold and Hot Compress Product Instructions

1. TUHOPETA heating pad is filled with natural plant seeds, which will emit the unique scent of grass seeds. During the initial use, the product may feel damp, which is a normal phenomenon.

2. When using this type of product for hot compress, place the product in the microwave, and sprinkle some water on the surface. (some may need to remove the outer cover and place the inner core in the microwave), set the temperature to medium heat, and do not exceed 90 seconds of continuous heating at a time. After taking it out, check if the temperature meets your needs. If not, reheat it, with each reheating not exceeding 30 seconds. (When heating, shake the grass seeds evenly to avoid localized high temperatures).

3. After heating, please evenly distribute the filling of the product until it reaches an acceptable temperature, then apply it to the desired area for hot compress.

4. It is recommended to hot compress for at least 20 minutes each time for better results. The skin may feel slightly damp during hot compress, which is a normal phenomenon. This product can be applied directly to the skin or over clothing.

5. For cold compress, you can first put the product in a sealed bag, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and apply it to the desired area.

6. If not used for a long time, it should be properly cleaned and thoroughly dried, then stored in a sealed bag in the refrigerator to prevent moisture and deterioration.

7. This product can also be used at room temperature.
