Q&A about humidifier link APP

Q: Do I need to add purified water before linking to APP?
A:When linking APP, pure water can not be added. However, it is recommended to add purified water first, so that you can see the working state of the humidifier.

Q: How to put humidifier into pairing mode?
A:After the humidifier is powered on, press and hold the Must button for about 10 seconds. The green light inside the humidifier flashes quickly. The representative has entered pairing mode. Then you can search the humidifier in Tuya APP/Smart life app.

Q:Why does the humidifier still not enter the pairing mode after long pressing the Must key?
A:I suggest you try to plug and unplug the humidifier several times, or replace the socket. Then press the Must button again. The humidifier will enter the pairing mode.
